Hi all
I am sorry but my written-French is very bad, so I have to ask you my question in English, hope someone will help me  !
I went in Paris for a week in august; one day I decided to rent for me and my wife two bikes with two daily tickets. I paid the deposit costs (150+150 €) with my credit card (a Maestro card) and I return both bikes on time (different trips, all of them <30 minutes), all bikes locked correctly.
Unfortunately as of today (15 days passed), there is still no refund of the deposit.

Is this a normal time (maybe due to money transfers between banks, I dont know) or I have to start worrying about it?

Thanks a lot to who would like to give me an advice!

Did you ever get your deposit back?


My girlfriend paid for 2 bikes (300 euro) almost 4 months ago and still has not got her money back.
I have been ringing, faxing and messaging Velib but still no deposit.


I think other travellers should be aware that they may never get their money back!
