It can elevate your self-esteem and confidence, improve your joints, add more strength and when associated with a simple cardio workout, it can improve your lung function. The "rest pause" method can help you power on to the end of an exercise that challenges you. Simply take a brief break (no more than ten to 20 seconds) in the relaxed part of the exercise.
